The criteria needed for the Assessors selection are as follows:

• Age: 28 and above
• Availability
• Studies: University degree in a relevant field
• Ability to work on a voluntary basis
• Professional experience: exceeding 6 years
• Ability to contribute positively as a member of a high performing team
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather, assimilate and analyse evidence from different sources to make sound judgements
• Language skills: fluent in English, Arabic (French is a plus)
• Ability to produce clear, accurate and useful feedback reports
• Ability to work under pressure

You will be selected depending on your availability and the match of your profile with organisations applying for the LEA. When selected, we invite you to participate in the LEA Assessor training seminars and development events.
