Article 62 from the law number 240: "The final or intermediary topography that represents an intellectual activity of the inventor enables it - unless it is common - to be the subject of deposit, which grants it protection provided for in this section."
This deposit cannot be made after the passing of two years starting from the date of the first commercial exploitation of the topography at any place in the world, or after the lapse of fifteen years from the date when the topography is confirmed (established) or coded for the first time in the event of non-exploitation.
