LEA Office Main Tasks:
- Design and upgrade of the LQMM model and the LEA process
- Organise Jury Panels’ meetings
- Organise LEA Launching events
- Organise and update assessors training
- Receiving, reviewing and validating LEA applications
- Informing eligible applicants who meet the requirement to proceed with the development of submission documents
- Organize informative sessions for eligible applicants regarding the submission documents development
- Receiving and reviewing submission documents
- Teaming up assessors based on assessors’ backgrounds and the applicant profile
- Coordinate with the applicants and assessors teams
- Review and validate feedback reports prepared by the assessors after their assessment visits
- Prepare for the jury panel deliberation meetings
- Organise the LEA Ceremonies
