Minister of Economy, Amin Salam, met this morning in the Qatari Capital Doha with the the Qatari’s Shura Speaker (The Parliament) Mr. Hassan bin Abdulla Al-Ghanim with many members of the Council responsible of foreign affairs issues, such as Lebanon, Arab countries and different Middle East countries as part of the official visit of Salam to Qatar in which he will meet with most prominent Qatari officials

During the meeting, Salam discussed with Al Ghanim the Lebanese issue as well as issues of the Middle East region. Discussions also tackled topics of common interest for both countries.

At the end of the meeting that Minister Salam considered as fruitful and of great importance for Lebanon, he thanked Al Ghanim for his hospitality as well as for the special interest that Qatar gives for the visit in addition to the special care that Qatar officials show for Lebanon in general.
