As part of his visit to Doha, Minister of Economy and Trade, Amin Salam, held today a meeting with his Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin. Hamad bin Qasim Al Abdullah Al-Thani, Qatar’s Minister of Trade and Industry, at the Ministry’s headquarter in Doha.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral ties between the two brother countries as well as aspects of joint cooperation, especially in the commerce, investment and industry fields in addition to means of strengthening and developing them.

Moreover, discussions tackled trade policies between both countries and it was agreed to activate the Lebanese Qatari joint committee as a preliminary step to hold a meeting at the beginning of next year.
