Minister of Economy and Trade, Amin Salam, welcomed today in his office at the Ministry the US Treasury delegation including the First Deputy Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury responsible for the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes, Paul Ahren and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Eric Meyer in the presence of the US. Ambassador Dorothy Shea.
In this regard, Minister Salam informed the delegation about the importance of adopting and implementing the competition law in the next stage in addition to its positive repercussions on the economy in terms of promoting transparency, growth and reforms; which left a good impression on the delegation.
