The Minister of Economy and Trade, Raed Khoury, welcomed on Tuesday at noon the Head of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), which is part of the World Bank, along with the Bank's Director in Lebanon Saroj Kumar Jha and a team of experts.
Discussions tackled the role of MIGA in terms of the investments guarantee and its importance to build confidence in the countries where the agency works.
Both parties agreed on the necessity to develop the relationship with the agency in the upcoming phase, in the interest of Lebanon.
