To this end, Nehme referred the seizure report filed against Saba Trading Company- Supermarket Saba- located in “Bikfaya – Mhaydseh” to Mount-Lebanon Appellate Public Prosecution and requested to close the store and forbid it from dealing in trading business for a period ranging between three days to one month (article 42 of the legislative decree n° 73/83) due to the repetition of the illicit speculation through the prices violation artificially and without a legal justification.
