Minister of Economy and Trade, Raed Khoury, welcomed today at noon the Jordanian ambassador to Lebanon Nabil Masarweh and discussed together the bilateral economic ties between Lebanon and Jordan. Discussions also tackled questions of interest to both countries.

Moreover, Minister Khoury met this afternoon the British ambassador in Lebanon Hugo Shorter accompanied by the head of the social entrepreneurship activities in the United Kingdom. Both parties discussed ways of cooperation between Lebanon and United Kingdom in order to develop the social entrepreneurship in Lebanon for it is important to the economy and society development at once and appropriate to the United Nations’ sustainable development goals.
