Minister of Economy and Trade held several meetings in order to strengthen the food security
Minister of Economy and Trade, Amin Salam, held today in his office at the Ministry several meetings in order to strengthen the food security, within the frame of cooperation with the international community. The meetings brought together representatives from the International Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In this regard, all participants expressed their full cooperation and support to establish an emergency program in coordination with the Ministry in order to mitigate the consequences of the current crisis, such as providing food substances; especially the basic foodstuffs.
