Memorandum regarding Property transfer procedures
Whereas the Intellectual Property Protection Office carry out the registration of the property transfer procedures in terms of intellectual property rights for trademarks, patents, industrial designs, literary and artistic productions, According to the applicable laws, all applicants before the Intellectual Property Protection Office are kindly requested to submit the old certificates in order to issue new ones bearing the stamp duty which is legally due accordingly.
