Hakim warns against the prices manipulation

The media office of Minister of Economy and Trade D. Hakim issued a statement whereof he warns against the prices manipulation during holidays. Counting on the merchants’ awareness and commitment, the Minister dissuades to bring any infringement to court pursuant to the applicable laws.

In addition, the Ministry emphasizes the need to tighten up the markets’ daily inspection and urges the citizens to submit their complaints on the Ministry hotline 1739, through the smartphone web application “consumer protection Lebanon” or by visiting the Ministry website www.economy.gov.lb
