- Speech by the Acting Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Dr. FouadFleifel: the achievements of the Directorate in the past year and the challenges of the new year.

- Speech of Dr. Imad Hoballah, President of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority: The efforts made to insure the effectiveness of the Consumer Protection Directorate hotline

- Mrs. Lana Dergham Acting Director General of the Lebanese standards and specifications: cooperation with the Directorate of Consumer Protection

- Mrs. Lamia Moubayed, Director of Basil Fuleihan financial Institute: continual cooperation with the Institute in training observers

- Speech by Dr. George Saadeh Director of the application program of the law to reduce smoking from the Ministry of Health: cooperation with the Directorate of Consumer Protection observers for the application of law to reduce smoking.

- Mrs. KawkabSennu, Representative of the Society for the Protection of products and brands in Lebanon : cooperation with the Directorate of Consumer Protection and joint achievements
