The Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform
Workflow and Document Management Systems and Backlog Scanning for the General Directorate at the Ministry of Economy and Trade in 2 LOTS. RFB no.: AF/35/18
The Government of Lebanon, represented by OMSAR, has received a KD 9 million loan from the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, toward the cost of Administrative Development. OMSAR intends to apply a portion of the loan to eligible payments under the above-mentioned contract, whereby the request for bid is being launched. The deadline for submission of Bids is on Thursday the 11th of October 2018 at 12:00 Noon Beirut Local Time. Interested Bidders may obtain the RFB document for free from our website: www.omsar.gov.lb where any subsequent clarification or amendment will be posted.
